Description
The Protestant Church of Our Lady in Esslingen am Neckar is one of the most outstanding buildings of the late Gothic period in southwest Germany and is one of the oldest hall churches.
The three-nave Church of Our Lady was completed in 1508. The depictions of the life of the Virgin Mary and the Last Judgement above the two magnificent portals on the south side are particularly worth seeing. Equally noteworthy are the valuable glass paintings in the choir.
