Fancy some light, traditional German cuisine in a new guise? Finni's Event- und Partyservice brings cozy conviviality with a modern arbor concept in a young appearance and now to us at ESTiVAL. For 29 years now, the brains behind Finni's, Seline Josfine Hellmonds, has been providing the greatest enjoyment with a diverse menu. With dishes such as smoked trout fillet, Maultaschen, alblins salad and goat cheese on beet, the traditional cuisine conquers not only Swabian hearts. The highlight this year? Roast beef cooked sous vide. In addition to Maultaschen, the kitchen offers delicious dishes such as bowls or gluten-free homemade pancakes for our vegetarian vegan guests. In all dishes, great emphasis is placed on the use of fresh and regional products. Try, for example, smoked trout from the Körschtal or organic goat cheese from Weil im Schönbuch.
