Anyone who knows the Esslingen Medieval Market knows this: sooner or later, hunger will catch up with you.  Because everywhere smells so tempting. The selection is large, everything tastes delicious. Stuffed hemp flatbread, freshly baked yeast dumplings, barbecue 'torches', knight's pancakes, venison goulash, 'langos' (Hungarian oatcakes), oriental dishes, dumpling varieties,' lust snails' and much more will delight your palate.  Many of these delicacies are also prepared vegetarian or vegan!
